Terms of use

The rules covering this website, the free audit we offer on it, and how any work we quote for is actually governed. Short, because long terms are usually hiding something.

Last updated 12 August 2026

The short version

  • Using this site means you accept these terms.
  • Anything on this site is information, not a binding offer or professional advice.
  • Real work is governed by the written scope you sign, not by this page.
  • When we build for you, you own it. That is in your agreement, not just here.

The full text below is what actually applies.

Who we are

Zyfrr Technologies is a software and digital marketing business operating from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. In these terms, we and us mean Zyfrr Technologies, and you means anyone using this website.

Using this website

You may read this site, print it and share links to it freely. You may not copy its design, code or written content to pass off as your own, attempt to break into it, or use it to send us anything abusive, unlawful or automated in bulk.

We may change or take down any part of the site at any time without notice.

Nothing here is a binding offer

The descriptions, timelines and approaches on this site are information about how we work. They are not a contract, a quotation, or professional advice for your particular situation.

Nothing becomes binding on either of us until there is a written scope with a price and a date that we have both agreed to.

The free website audit

We offer a free written audit of your website. Some things are worth saying plainly about it.

It is genuinely free and there is nothing to sign. We provide it on the basis of what public tools and our own inspection can see from outside, so it is a professional opinion rather than a guarantee.

You are free to act on it yourself, ignore it, or hand it to another developer. We ask nothing in return and we will not withhold findings to force a conversation.

We accept no liability for decisions you make on the basis of a free audit. If you want us to stand behind the work, that is what a paid engagement is for.

Sending us your website for an audit

By submitting a website address you confirm you own that site or are authorised to ask for it to be reviewed. Our audit is limited to loading public pages, measuring how they perform and submitting your own contact form to see whether it delivers. We do not attempt to access anything private and we never test security by trying to break in.

Work we do for clients

Every engagement runs on a separate written agreement covering scope, price, dates and payment. Where anything on this website conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.

Our standing commitments are part of that agreement rather than marketing on this page: a fixed price and a fixed date agreed before we build, working software on a live link every week, and repositories, cloud accounts and documentation created in your name from the first day.

Who owns what

Everything on this website, including its design, text, code and the Zyfrr name and marks, belongs to us.

Work we build for a client under an agreement belongs to that client on the terms set out in it, ordinarily in full once invoices are paid. We keep the right to reuse general knowledge, techniques and non confidential components, which is how any engineering firm operates.

What we do not promise

This website is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, free of errors, or accurate at every moment, and we do not promise any particular commercial outcome from following anything written on it.

Search rankings, traffic and enquiry volume depend on many things outside anyone’s control, and any company promising you a specific position on Google is not telling you the truth.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data arising from your use of this website or a free audit.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud. Liability under a signed client agreement is governed by that agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page. The date at the top will change when we do, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revised version.

Contact

Anything about these terms goes to contact@zyfrr.com.

Anything here you want explained, corrected or removed, write to contact@zyfrr.com. A person reads it.
