Why there are only two of these

Writing up client work properly needs three things: their written permission to be named, a real measurement taken before we started, and the same measurement taken afterwards. Anything less becomes a story with invented numbers attached, and those are easy to spot and impossible to defend. Client studies will appear here as those three things line up, and not before.
