We build software your business runs on.Built to scale. Automated with AI.

Web, mobile and cloud software with AI automation built in, from a small team that ships a working demo every week. Fixed scope, fixed price, and code that stays yours. No lock in.

  • Web · Mobile · Cloud · AI
  • Weekly demo on a live link
  • Your code, your cloud, day one

About us

We started Zyfrr to build softwarethe way it should be built.

Zyfrr Technologies is an Indian software company that builds its own products and takes on client work. We started it after watching solid businesses get handed slow, fragile systems by teams that vanished the week after launch.

  • Architecture before code

We design for the load you will carry in three years, so growth becomes a configuration change and not a rewrite.

  • AI automation where it pays

Language models put to work on support replies, document handling, reporting and search across your own data.

  • One team, end to end

The same engineers handle the interface, the API, the database and the deployment. There is no handover to lose things in.

  • We run what we recommend

Gyloom and Zyfrr Livings are built on the exact stack we propose to you. We feel our own decisions before you do.

  • You own everything

Repositories, cloud accounts and documentation are in your name from day one.

Six disciplines, one team, one accountable point of contact

What we do

Engineering that ships, not slideware.

Most of our work is building and running software. We take a business problem, scope it honestly, and deliver something that works in production.

Web applications

Customer portals, dashboards, internal tools and marketing sites, built to be fast, searchable and easy to change later.

  • Next.js & TypeScript
  • Dashboards and admin tools
  • Payments and integrations
More on web applications

Mobile applications

Android and iOS apps from one codebase, so you ship to both stores without paying for two teams.

  • React Native / Expo
  • Play Store & App Store
  • Offline friendly by design

Cloud & DevOps

Hosting, deployment and monitoring set up properly, so scaling later is a configuration change rather than a rewrite.

  • Hosting and deployment
  • CI/CD and monitoring
  • Migration from legacy systems

AI automation

Language models put to work on the repetitive parts of the business, wired into the systems your team already uses.

  • Support and email triage
  • Document and invoice handling
  • Search across your own data

Our products

We are our own hardest client.

Everything we recommend to you, we are building for ourselves first. These are our own platforms, designed and engineered by the same team that takes on client work.

Zyfrr Livings

Coming soon

Paying guest & building operations

One platform for running paying guest and building operations, from the first enquiry to the last rent receipt. Built with owners who were holding the whole business together in spreadsheets, notebooks and WhatsApp groups.

  • Rooms, beds and tenants in one place
  • Rent collection with automatic reminders
  • Maintenance tracked through to closure
  • Vendor and expense records per building
  • Owner reports without the spreadsheets

AI automation

We automate the work, then watch it and tune it.

Automation nobody is watching breaks quietly, and the business finds out a month later from a customer. We build the pipeline, put a dashboard on it, and keep tuning it against what it actually does in production.

  1. 01

    Connect

    • Email, sheets and CRM
    • WhatsApp and forms
  2. 02

    Structure

    • Clean and deduplicate
    • One shared data model
  3. 03

    Decide

    • Model with guardrails
    • Rules you can audit
  4. 04

    Act

    • Write back to systems
    • Notify or escalate
  5. 05

    Watch

    • Live dashboard
    • Alerts the moment it fails
  6. Measure and tune, back to Decide

A dashboard built for you

One screen for the whole pipeline: what ran, what it handled, where it stopped, and the queue of items still waiting on a human. Not a generic tool dashboard, one built around your process.

Monitoring and alerts

Every step is instrumented. Failures, growing backlogs and drops in output quality raise an alert to the right person, instead of sitting undiscovered until someone complains.

Continuous optimisation

We review real outputs on a cycle, tighten the prompts, rules and thresholds behind them, and retire any step that has stopped earning its place. Automation is a system to run, not a project to finish.

Digital marketing

The team that built it also gets it found.

Most agencies inherit a site they cannot change, then blame the developers when the numbers refuse to move. We built the thing. So when the data says a page is wrong, we change the page, the funnel and the tracking in the same week.

One team on the build and the growth. No handoff, no finger pointing, no waiting on a developer who was never part of the conversation.

Every month you get

  • A written report in plain language
  • The changes we made, and why we made them
  • What we are testing next, before we test it
  • The raw data, in accounts that belong to you
  • 01

    SEO and technical search

Structure, speed, schema and content built to rank from the first commit, not retrofitted months after launch.

  • 02

    Content and landing pages

Pages written and built for one specific audience taking one specific action, then measured against it.

  • 03

    Performance marketing

Search and social campaigns set up, tracked honestly, and cut the moment they stop paying for themselves.

  • 04

    Analytics you can act on

Events, funnels and reporting that answer what to change next, instead of only telling you what already happened.

  • 05

    Conversion optimisation

We test the page against real behaviour, keep what wins and throw away what does not, on a steady cycle.

How we work

Small team. Clear scope. No surprises.

You deal with the people writing the code. No account managers, no handoffs to a junior team after the pitch.

  1. 01

    Requirement gathering

We sit with the people who will actually use the software and write down what the business needs, not just the feature list. If software is the wrong answer, we say so.

  2. 02

    Scope, estimate and sign off

A written scope broken down by module, with a fixed price and a delivery date against it. Nothing gets built until you have approved that document.

  3. 03

    Design and architecture

Screens, data model and system design agreed before the first line of code, so the build holds no surprises and scaling later is not a rewrite.

  4. 04

    Build with weekly demos

Work lands on a live staging link every week. You see real progress and can redirect early, while changing course is still cheap.

  5. 05

    Test and hand over

Checked on real devices and browsers, then deployed with the repository, documentation and cloud accounts transferred into your name.

  6. 06

    Support and iterate

We stay reachable after launch for fixes, changes and the next phase. No handover to a support desk that has never seen the code.

Engineering standards

The standards every build ships against.

These are not extras we quote for separately. They are the baseline for anything that leaves our hands, on your project and on our own products.

Search visibility

Semantic markup, clean URLs, sitemaps and structured data written in from the first commit, never bolted on after launch.

Speed Google measures

We build against real Core Web Vitals budgets, so pages stay fast on a mid range Android phone on 4G, not just on our laptops.

Accessible by default

Real contrast ratios, visible focus states, keyboard paths and labelled controls, so the site works for every visitor you get.

Secure by default

HTTPS everywhere, secrets kept out of the repository, dependencies scanned, and least privilege access on every service.

Tested before handover

Type checked, linted and exercised on real devices and browsers. Nothing ships on the strength of works on my machine.

Documented and handed over

Repository, environment variables, deployment steps and architecture notes written down, so another team could pick it up tomorrow.

Questions

The things people ask before they commit.

Straight answers to what usually comes up on a first call. If yours is not here, ask us and we will answer just as directly.

A focused web application or mobile app typically runs six to twelve weeks from signed scope to launch. Requirement gathering and scoping take the first week or two, design and architecture another one to two, and the rest is build, test and handover. A smaller marketing site is faster, usually three to five weeks. You get a specific date in writing before anything is built, and if that date ever comes under threat you hear it from us in that week’s demo rather than at the end.

Because a booking form and a multi tenant platform have nothing in common, so any published number would either be wrong for you or padded to stay safe for us. Instead we run a scoping call, write your requirements down, and quote a fixed price against that fixed scope. You see the document, with the price and the delivery date on it, before you commit to anything or pay anything. If the number does not fit your budget we will tell you what can be cut or phased to reach it, rather than quietly reducing the quality to hit a figure.

You do, and from day one rather than at handover. Repositories, hosting, domains and cloud accounts are created in your name with you as the owner, and we work inside them as collaborators. At launch we hand over the documentation, environment variables and deployment steps as well. There is no proprietary framework you have to licence from us and nothing that makes leaving expensive. If you move to another team next year, everything they need is already yours.

Small changes we absorb without a conversation about money, because they happen on every project and charging for each one poisons the working relationship. Anything that genuinely moves the scope gets a written change note with its own price and its own effect on the delivery date, and nothing starts until you approve it. This is exactly why we demo every week: changes surface in week three when they are cheap to make, instead of week ten when they are not.

Most of our clients are not technical, and it has never been the obstacle people expect. You describe the business problem in your own words, and we come back with what it means in software, written in plain language with the tradeoffs spelled out. You will never be asked to choose between two options you do not understand. Where a decision genuinely affects cost, speed or what you can do later, we explain it in those terms and give you a recommendation rather than leaving it with you.

Yes, and we get asked this often. We start with a short audit of the existing code, database and infrastructure, then give you an honest verdict on whether it is worth continuing, partly rebuilding or starting again. Continuing is frequently the right answer and we will say so, even though a rebuild would be worth more to us. If we do think the existing work is beyond saving, we show you the specific reasons instead of asking you to take it on faith.

We stay reachable for fixes, changes and whatever the next phase turns out to be. A support retainer is available if you want guaranteed response times and a monthly allowance of changes, but it is never a condition of working with us. Anything that turns out to be our defect gets fixed at no cost, retainer or not. Your code and infrastructure stay in your name either way, so support is something you choose to keep rather than something you are trapped in.

We work with teams across time zones and it has never been the hard part. Everything runs on scheduled calls at a time that suits you, a live staging link you can open whenever you want, and a written update every week. Most of the communication is asynchronous by design, so you are never waiting on our working hours to see where the project stands. Where a client wants live overlap, we shift our hours to cover a few of theirs.
